Three Questions Every Website Visitor Wants Answered Right Away:

Dec 3, 2021 | Strategy, Mindset & Leadership

Generating interest for your business or product when someone visits your website is very time sensitive. Generally speaking, you have 15-seconds to engage a visitor and get them to inquire further or they are off to the next website to solve the issue they are looking for help with. Below you will find three things users want answered immediately upon arriving at your website.

1. What product/service are you offering?

You don’t want the user trying to guess exactly what it is you do, it needs to
be straightforward and to the point. If a visitor has to search for the information
they will give up and move on.

2. Why should they care?

Laying out how your product/service will benefit them and improve their lives is
important. You want to communicate the value you are providing them, giving them incentive to become a paying client.

3. What differentiates you from the competition?

Why should they choose your business over the next? Explain exactly why you stand out from the rest in your field of business. Giving them a reason why to choose you over the competition is vital.

15-seconds is not a long time to engage your audience and convince them to inquire further. Providing the information above in a quick and easy to understand way will increase your chances of having the user stick around, learn more about your business, and convert to a paying client.

If your website doesn’t currently answer these questions quickly and easily, Strategy 3 would love to have a discussion about how we can come up with a solution that will increase your conversions on your website. Contact us today for a consultation!
