Strategy 3 is looking for talented individuals who fit our culture well. The values we embrace are hard work and excellence, creativity with attention to detail, and continual learning in both work and life.

Work makes up a big part of life and we believe everyone should enjoy what they do and receive meaning and fulfillment from it.

We are chill and laid back.  We have fun.  We communicate transparently and freely.  We get our work done on time (which contributes to the chill environment).  We are driven but not to the extent that it stresses us out.

Our clients are extremely important to us, their passion is the reason we have our passion.  We take care of them and each other.

Keep in mind, we work IRL in our Tacoma, Washington office.  While we do occasionally work remote, our focus is on working together in-person.
