Our Work / Real Property Management
Real Property Management Offices: Local Marketing, Market by Market
Real Property Management offices from Oregon to Florida, plus Washington, DC, all run on one corporate website platform. We work inside it, adding pages, posts and ads written for each officeโs own market.
- Working together since
- 2020
- Where
- Oregon, Washington, California, Utah, Wisconsin, Florida and Washington, DC
- The business
- Property management for rental owners, through independently owned franchise offices
- What we did
- SEO, content, Google Ads, social media
Where the Offices Started
Every Real Property Management office is independently owned, but they all run on the same corporate website platform. Corporate owns the platform, the templates and the brand. Out of the box, an office in Puyallup and an office in Palm Beach look and read almost the same.
Meanwhile the rules change from one market to the next: rent caps in Washington and California, rent control and tenant purchase rights in DC, short-term rental limits in Florida beach towns.
What Each Office Needed
- Pages for its own marketThe shared template covers the brand, not the neighborhoods, rents and employers owners ask about.
- Local rules, explained plainlyOwners want to know the rules where their rental is, without legal jargon.
- Leads from nearby ownersSearch and ads that reach rental owners in the officeโs own service area.
- Work that fits the platformAdditions that follow corporateโs templates and brand rules, with no plugins to install.
What Changed for Each Office
Pages written for each market
Each new location page starts from research on that market: typical rents, how many people rent, major employers, school districts and local rules.
- In July 2026 alone, new or rebuilt local pages went live in several markets at once.
- Sister sites under one owner are written apart, so they donโt compete with each other.
- Every new city page gets a link from the officeโs service-area page.
Each office gets pages for the places its clients own rentals.
- Washington
- The 2026 rent increase cap and its exemptions
- California
- The statewide rent cap, plus Los Angeles and Culver City rules
- Washington, DC
- Rent control, the rent registry and tenant purchase rights
- Oregon
- Portlandโs tenant screening rules
- Wisconsin
- Deposit and notice rules
- Florida
- Short-term rental limits, town by town
- Utah
- Rental licenses and landlord programs
A few of the local rules explained on office websites.
Local rules, in plain English
Owners want to know the rules where their rental is. Each officeโs pages explain them plainly, without legal advice.
- Rules are checked against the law itself before they go on a page.
- Careful language: no promises on rent, returns or timelines.
- Kept current as rules change, like Washingtonโs 2026 rent cap.
Google Ads that cost far less per lead
Before we took over, several offices were paying a lot for each call or form from Google Ads. New campaigns for each office brought that cost down sharply.
- Greater Milwaukee Suburbs: far more leads a month, at a fraction of the old cost.
- Eclipse: cost per lead cut sharply.
- Owners review lead quality with us, so campaigns chase real owner leads.
- Greater Milwaukee Suburbs
- Far more leads, at a fraction of the old cost
- Eclipse (Bellevue and Bothell)
- Lower cost per lead from Eastside rental owners
- Greater Madison
- Lower cost per lead across the Madison area
- Lakeshore (Oshkosh)
- Lower cost per lead in Oshkosh and the Fox Valley

How It Rolled Out
It started with an office near our own in Puyallup. Offices across the platform have brought us in since, one market at a time.
