Do They Really Really Like You?

Oct 3, 2020 | Brand & Creative Strategy

People do business with brands that they know, like, and trust. And when they really really like you, they are loyal, they tell other people about you, and they write online reviews. These are the customers we all want, and frankly, the customer we want to be too.

There are certain businesses I don’t buy from because I don’t feel like their way of doing business aligns with my values. And then there are the places I love to buy from because their values do align with mine.

So, are you the Sally Field of your industry? Do your customers really really like you? You don’t have to give an Oscar performance, you just have to be authentic in your messaging. Your brand won’t be for everyone, but it’ll be for the ones you want.

If you’d like to discuss how to add the likeability factor to your marketing strategy, reply to this email and let me know!
