Keep Going!

Feb 3, 2025 | Social Media & Digital Advertising

It’s February 3rd, and you’re either seeing success from your New Year resolutions and intentions, or you’re beginning to slip away from the routine you set in motion, or you’re even past that point. It doesn’t matter, here’s your reminder to keep going! If you’re still going, don’t stop. If you’ve stopped, start again, if you’re resolve is waning, take some time to remind yourself why you’re doing it in the first place.

What do they say? They say you gotta put in the reps. The reps don’t stop, they keep going, and they build momentum, and they pay out exponentially! Tom Brady says you don’t have to be special, you just have to do what other people aren’t willing to do.

It’s okay if you’ve stopped, you just start again. You keep doing this until the time between the stops is shorter and shorter and then non-existent.

My New Year intention was to post on LinkedIn regularly, to engage regularly, to get over myself and make the video content that isn’t perfect (see Meaghan’s post below), and to be consistent. If we’re not connected on LinkedIn, let’s connect! Find me here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/leahknoll/

The payoff from going to the gym regularly takes time, the payoff from posting to social media takes time, and the payoff from anything worth doing takes time—the payoff is in direct proportion to the time and energy put into it. I’m writing this for you and I’m writing this for me because the best way to learn something is to teach something. The best way to get in the reps is to make the reps a habit. So keep going! You got this and I got this!
