Work with free online tools to communicate with your customers and community. If you don’t already have a YouTube channel, consider starting one. This may be out of your comfort zone (I know it’s out of mine) but now is the time to adapt and pivot. If you have extra time, now more than ever, is the occasion to tell your story by creating valuable content for your marketing.
The instinct for most is to pull back on spending that is hard to measure. This is understandable, but doing this can also contribute to a weakened brand. In the past, during tough economic times, the brands that stayed visible were the ones that came out strong.
