Meet Natalie Hoke

Natalie joined Strategy 3 after graduating from college, fitting right into our fast-paced digital marketing team with her calm focus. A born-and-raised native of the Pacific Northwest, she has a natural knack for handling a heavy workload without breaking a sweat, keeping her head down and focusing entirely on the details when there is a lot to get done.

In her daily role, Natalie handles the steady, essential work of tweaking and updating Google profiles for our clients. She genuinely enjoys the day-to-day puzzle of local optimization, believing that a strong digital presence requires consistent, precise adjustments rather than a "set it and forget it" strategy. Nothing makes her happier than diving into the monthly metrics and seeing our clients' local visibility climb, ensuring their digital storefronts are always growing alongside their business.

After spending the last few years away at college, Natalie is thrilled to be back home in the PNW. When she unplugs from screens and performance data, she stays busy exploring art, diving into video games, sitting down with an actual puzzle, and hanging out with her cat, Linguini. She brings a relaxed, chill energy to the office, always executing her work with a quiet confidence while enjoying the everyday dynamic of the team.
