3 Things For December 3rd, 2021
Happy Holidays from Strategy 3!
The new year is just around the corner and as 2021 comes to a close, our entire team wants to take a moment to wish each of you a wonderful, safe, and memorable holiday season!
Shop Local This December:
The holiday shopping season is in full swing, and shopping is my specialty! The supply chain crisis means we may have little choice but to get off the couch and go shopping the old-fashioned way this holiday season, in-person. Lucky for us, the South Sound offers a multitude of options!
Right here in our very own Proctor neighborhood, we have my personal favorite, Compass Rose: An adorable shop featuring quirky home furnishings, jewelry, books, clothes, and toys from local artisans.
Speaking of local, be sure to check out the Pacific Northwest Shop for specialty foods, souvenirs and gifts from our beautiful corner of America. And who doesn’t need another “Taco Ma” T-shirt? I know I do!
Please don’t even get me started on LAPIS. Their fine jewelry, luxury gifts, clothing and home fashions will not disappoint.
And last but certainly not least, don’t forget a little pampering. Treat yourself and someone you love to the best mani/pedi in the South Sound at La Bella Nail Spa!
These are just a few of the many small businesses you can support, while giving your family and friends one-of-a-kind items. And it’s not too late for Strategy 3° to curate a custom gift for your clients, referral partners, or anyone in your circle. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding our gifting service!
Social Media Marketing Trends for 2022:
Ready or not, 2022 is just weeks away! Wondering what the new year has in store for social media marketing? According to a new global study by Hootsuite, experts predict that these are the top five trends to expect:
The Brand Trend: In 2022, brands are expected to heavily focus on community. 77% of people surveyed said that the most important community they are part of operates online.
The Network Effectiveness Trend: Businesses are getting creative as consumers wise up to social ads, and 51% of businesses are planning to increase their paid social budgets in 2022.
The ROI Trend: Social is expected to quietly mature out of the general marketing department as 83% of businesses said they are confident in quantifying the ROI of their social efforts, up from 68% in the past.
The Social Commerce Trend: Throughout the pandemic, social became the heart of the shopping experience for many. 53% of global internet users between the ages of 16 – 24 claim to use social media as a primary source of information when researching brands and businesses.
The Customer Care Trend: Social media managers will bridge the gap between marketing and customer service, and 59% of businesses agree that social customer care has increased in value for their organization.

Three Questions Every Website Visitor Wants Answered Right Away:
Generating interest for your business or product when someone visits your website is very time sensitive. Generally speaking, you have 15-seconds to engage a visitor and get them to inquire further or they are off to the next website to solve the issue they are looking for help with. Below you will find three things users want answered immediately upon arriving at your website.
1. What product/service are you offering?
You don’t want the user trying to guess exactly what it is you do, it needs to
be straightforward and to the point. If a visitor has to search for the information
they will give up and move on.
2. Why should they care?
Laying out how your product/service will benefit them and improve their lives is
important. You want to communicate the value you are providing them, giving them incentive to become a paying client.
3. What differentiates you from the competition?
Why should they choose your business over the next? Explain exactly why you stand out from the rest in your field of business. Giving them a reason why to choose you over the competition is vital.
15-seconds is not a long time to engage your audience and convince them to inquire further. Providing the information above in a quick and easy to understand way will increase your chances of having the user stick around, learn more about your business, and convert to a paying client.
If your website doesn’t currently answer these questions quickly and easily, Strategy 3 would love to have a discussion about how we can come up with a solution that will increase your conversions on your website. Contact us today for a consultation!
