Leah got to know Steve Rork and Dawn Fast while on a trip to Vietnam hosted by Strategy 3’s client La Bella Nail Spa. They had a blast on the trip and when they got home decided to work together on building a new website. Leah shared R4’s vision with Ryan who designed the clean and refreshing new look. Once the design was approved, Ryan began development. The galleries showcase many of R4’s projects in the north end of Tacoma.

At the time, Annastina was preparing to open a new salon in Maple Valley and needed a website that was going to accurately represent her unique brand. She wanted a crisp and clean minimalist look. The Bayside Gardens Apartments are very unique in that they are in the historic Stadium District right next to Stadium High School, their buildings are gorgeous with high ceilings and stunning views of the school, Commencement Bay, and Mount Rainier. Their old website was good when it was originally created but that had been quite some time ago and it needed a refresh. With the new site we wanted people to really get a feel for what living at Bayside Gardens was like.
